Sometimes it’s easy to misunderstand a concept that seems so simple.  And Real Estate trends are one of those things.  The idea of cycles takes meany of us back to high school science class where we learned about waves.

Remember how we used to say “Why am I learning this stuff, I’ll never use it” ?
